This license is granted solely for your personal or internal business use and may not be sublicensed or transferred to any third party.

• Use the Software in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• SellerMate.AI retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all related intellectual property rights.
• User-generated content remains the user's property; however, you grant SellerMate.AI a license to use it as necessary for the Software's functionality and service delivery.

• Feedback and Reporting: Participants are encouraged to provide feedback on software performance, bugs, and user experience.
• Disclaimer of Warranty: The Software is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, and users acknowledge the potential risks of using this software.
• Limitation of Liability: The company is not liable for any harm or damages arising from the use of the Software.
• Confidentiality: Users may be exposed to confidential and proprietary information which should not be disclosed to third parties.
• Changes and Termination: The company reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate plans at any time.
• Data Use: Information on how data collected during usage will be used and protected is described in our Privacy Policy.

Either party may terminate this Agreement under specified conditions. SellerMate.AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Software at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, all licenses granted herein will immediately cease.

SellerMate.AI reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Software after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
